Dorak Terms of Service
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern your use of the Dorak application and related queue-management services.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services requiring acceptance.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority needed to enter this agreement.
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Do not share verification codes, impersonate another person, or access an account without permission. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Provider accounts must be operated by someone authorized to represent the relevant business.
3. What Dorak provides
Dorak provides tools to discover participating businesses, select services, join queues, and receive updates.
The listed provider performs the underlying service. Providers are responsible for their services, staff, prices, professional conduct, and applicable business obligations. Approval of a listing means it has passed Dorak’s applicable listing process; it is not a guarantee of service quality, professional licensing, or suitability.
4. Queue positions and estimates
Queue positions and waiting times can change because of service duration, staff availability, customer arrival, service compatibility, cancellations, and operational interruptions.
Joining a queue does not guarantee an exact start time. Follow the provider’s instructions and monitor your ticket. Notifications may be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, device settings, or third-party service interruptions.
Use arrival and nearby-status controls accurately. A provider may skip, cancel, or otherwise manage a ticket according to the available queue rules and legitimate operational needs.
5. Provider interruptions and emergency closure
Providers may pause new joins, take breaks, change availability, or close a queue during an emergency.
Emergency closure may cancel waiting, called, or skipped tickets. Reopening a queue does not automatically restore cancelled tickets. Customers may need to join again.
Providers remain responsible for communicating material service interruptions appropriately and meeting obligations owed to customers.
6. Prices and payments
Any price presented by a provider relates to that provider’s service. Confirm the final service and price with the provider before accepting it.
These Terms do not authorize Dorak to charge you a subscription or other platform fee. Any future Dorak fee must be clearly disclosed with its applicable terms before you agree to it. Disputes about a provider’s service or payment should first be raised with that provider. You may also contact Dorak about misuse of the platform.
7. Provider responsibilities
Providers must:
- Submit accurate business, service, location, and availability information.
- Hold the permissions or qualifications required for their services.
- Use customer information only for legitimate service and queue-management purposes.
- Protect customer information and avoid unauthorized disclosure or marketing.
- Manage tickets honestly and avoid misleading queue or availability information.
- Maintain appropriate authority for staff who operate the account.
- Comply with applicable consumer, privacy, safety, and business requirements.
Providers authorize Dorak to display submitted business information as needed to operate and promote their listing within Dorak.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Create fraudulent accounts or misleading listings.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Submit unlawful or harmful material.
- Manipulate queue positions or create abusive duplicate tickets.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or private information.
- Interfere with the app, bypass access restrictions, or use automation to abuse it.
- Collect other users’ information without authorization.
Good-faith security concerns may be reported privately to info@dorak.shop. Do not access or expose other users’ information when investigating a concern.
9. Suspension, restrictions, and appeals
Dorak may restrict access, suspend an account, remove a listing, or block re-registration where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to users.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent security or safety issues. To request review, contact info@dorak.shop. Do not evade an active restriction by creating another account.
10. Closing your account
You may use the in-app account-deletion process or contact support for assistance. Account deletion can permanently remove profiles, business information, and associated queue records. It does not automatically settle existing disputes or remove obligations that arose before deletion.
Retention of any remaining information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Intellectual property
Dorak’s software, branding, and original materials belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited permission to use the service for its intended purposes.
You retain rights in information and content you submit. You grant Dorak the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, and display that content to operate the service. Google and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Dorak.
12. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or change the service and may temporarily interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation affecting your use.
13. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its conduct and obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Dorak is not responsible for a provider’s independently delivered services or losses caused solely by events outside Dorak’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.
14. Complaints and disputes
Contact info@dorak.shop with a description of the issue and relevant ticket or account information. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
15. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required. If you do not accept updated Terms, you may stop using the service and close your account. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
